There is a hole forming behind the inlet in the area where a new fire hydrant was installed within the last year. The hole deepens when you press on it .

    After inspection it is noted the cavitation is at the back left corner of the inlet in line with the newly installed Fire Hydrant. The inlet will need to be cleaned before a Dye Test can be done. Photo attached.
