Description
Street light is out in the alley the light keeps going on and off. Caller states she has called several times about this concerned but no one has come out it's her 3rd request. . There's two lights that are blinking on and off. Caller states the area is dark when the lights aren't working. Caller gave request #-provided (8056544 that couldn't be found)
