    Light located at 221 Shafer St is not a Street Light this is a Private Watch Light and is owned by someone. DPU Streetlights does not repair Private Watch Lights. The owner of the light must contact Dominion directly at 866-366-4357 with their account number to request a Private Watch Light repair. The Yellow Mark on the Dominion Map indicates a Private Watch Light.
