Description

There are three holes forming around the sewet drains. The largest and mist dangerous is at corner of Carrington and Russell street. There is a cone over the hole. I stepped in it and almost broke my keg and have a bad injuryvto my ankle. The other two are near the sewer drain on the opposite corner near the alley entrance. These holes are forming around the deteriorating sewer cap. It is very dangerous
