Description

Standing water in back yard. Leak from meter or burst pipe needs to be assessed Meter could not be located due to overgrowth of vegetation in alley. She believes it is in the back behind the house, and she says that it is drawing in mosquitos.

    Called before; need to follow up on the request. Caller is concerned that her request keeps being closed with no resolution...she states this concern has been going on for a long time. (emailed Sup for asst. with who can assist with this service request since Stormwater keeps closing request.)

    dpu018777---has been open since april and dpu came out to assess standing water (water meter) couldn’t locate issue due to debris and vegetation that needed to cleared on Citys side we opened ticket dpw 114656 and its been over 30 days with no update. She is requesting a followup on dpw 114656 so public utilities can come back out regarding her standing water issue. I advised would send for followup
