    1st time reported to us. Will have a crew investigate this evening

    This location was investigated and determined to belong to DOM Energy. I have forward this complaint via email to the supervisor. Also the night crew investigated the whole 3700 block of Westcliffe in the alley and found all lights are working per KJ/JT.
