Debris and standing water from what looks like an accident that took out a fire hydrant at the corner of Cary St and Libbie Ave.

    laced a call to customer in regards to this location. The hydrant was removed and no issues with debris present at time of investigation. No work by S/W crew is needed at this location and this request willbe closed
