Description

storm drain on Brookland Park Ave is broken. It is broken as a result of the curb cut the city installed. The drain has had an orange cone in the broken storm drain since last September. The metal grate was broken, the surrounding asphalt was removed (and thrown into my property). The water now ponds into Brookland Park Ave. It is interesting that the city closed the odor report "Report Odor from Sewer request (Request ID: DPU000014476) has been closed" stating that there was no problem, except that the storm drain has an orange cone stuck in it so that cars do not drive over the broken metal. I guess the raw sewage smell was not apparent because the drains are completely clogged with destruction debris.
