Description

In November 2021, I filed a request on RVA 311 (Ticket: DPW000093100), to get new light installed that was removed in 2016 due to car accident. My ticket on RVA 311 was closed out in March 2022 & the person stated its a Dominion Light Pole. I reached out to Dominion and a Supervisor reached out to me & informed that this is a City of Richmond Light Pole, NOT Dominion. Therefore, the City of Richmond is responsible for replacing this. I have also attached the Dominion Supervisors contact info.

    Thanks we have received an email from Dominion Energy yesterday. Someone in DPW respond incorrectly to your request DPW000093100, it's now in the correct department. We had someone investigated it yesterday and it's added to our list of poles to be replaced.

    This ticket was forward to the supervisor, for poles and base repairs is not maintain in the RVA311 system.
