On Mon., 3-21-2022 and Tues., 3-22-2022 the inlet repair crew removed the broken curbing and gutter pan debris at this location. When removing the gutter pan near the inlet's mouth a cavitation was observed. A dye test was conducted and the resulting color was seen entering the inlet body at a point approximately 5' below the cast top surface. The point of entry is at the lateral connection to the inlet vault. The area has been coned off and made safe awaiting the cavitation repair. This information will be relayed to the Lateral Repair Crew.
