Description

standing H20 in front of my house & multiple houses in the block. there are grade issues with the slope & where the water. every time it rains standing water is in front of my house for weeks (not days) not only at my house but others on the block

PU Personnel L.Lockett stated that this location has no stormwater asset at this location. Request was sent to the wrong Department with in the City Of Richmond this is a Roadway Maintain issue, which is a part of DPW. The request will be and sent for re-dispatch to the correct Division in DPW. The valley gutter are deteriorating and is cause water and sediment settle in those voided areas.
