- Staff · March 21, 2022Requested received by email & assessed already. Citizen did not submit request online. As a courtesy this office created a request on their behalf. Photo taken by D. Rivers onsite. Driveway culvert needs to be removed & new culvert installed. Replacement culvert will exceed 20 linear feet. Length should be installed to avoid off-tracking (rear tires) of culvert from damaging ends of culvert. Supervisor will make determination if a asphalt apron needsto be installed. The extend of the roadside ditch maintenance will be determine by crew onsite making the installation.
