Requested received by email & assessed already. Citizen did not submit request online. As a courtesy this office created a request on their behalf. Photo taken by D. Rivers onsite. Driveway culvert needs to be removed & new culvert installed. Replacement culvert will exceed 20 linear feet. Length should be installed to avoid off-tracking (rear tires) of culvert from damaging ends of culvert. Supervisor will make determination if a asphalt apron needsto be installed. The extend of the roadside ditch maintenance will be determine by crew onsite making the installation. All areas affected by this work should be restoration in accordance with the City of Richmond recommendation & standards.
