    L.Lockett , this location had 4 of 4 that were inspected for clean and service. 4 of 4 needs service and is marked. Trash and Debris. This location has a lot of leaf debris which possibly came fromthe citizen yard on the north south corner also the yard seem to had type of yard work done which a lot of lose soil is present. DPW has been contracted to support in clean the street of the leave which is in the curb and gutter as it is hinder thestorm water from draining into the drop inlet and is affected the right of way on the street.
