Description
Odor smell is awful. 3 times people have come out to tell me that there is a missing cap on the water trap. 311 keeps completing the request but no one has done anything. It was marked for cleaning and no one ever came to service the last request. Smell is persistent and worrisome as they are clearly fumes and gases that can be dangerous
