Description
We were loosening the soil in the planter area between 3014 and 3016 E Broad Street. The neighbor doing the digging came upon a void angling under the curb, gutter and part of the street. The void was about 3.5 feet X 2.5 feet X 18 inches. We put a plastic tub over the hole and covered it with soil.
