PU Personnel L.Lockett stated that this location has no stormwater asset at this location. Request was sent to the wrong Department with in the City Of Richmond this is a Roadway Maintain issue, and Street Cleaning which is a part of DPW. The request will be and sent for re-dispatch to the correct Division in DPW. The valley gutter are deteriorating and is cause water and sediment settle in those voided areas.
