Description
The citizen states that a hole was dug for a gas pipe to be placed. The gas pipe was placed, but the hole that was dug was never filled in properly. In walking out the citizens foot went in to a hole. It felt as though her ankle was broken. Please come out and fill the hole that was left. The hole is closest to her neighbors mailbox. 3909 Longview Landing Court Henrico, Va. 23233
