Alley culvert pipe needs to be replaced - please contact the customer and investigate.

The alley culvert needs to be replaced because it is bent and the asphalt ditch needs to be cleaned from Yorktown Ave. There is a tree across the ditch that needs to be removed. I spoke to the citizen on 3/11/2022 and explained that she had other tickets at this location that will be closed and request # 464860 will remain open.
