    The asphalt and possible under-asphalt compaction need to be addressed at the two locations in the attached photos. The laterals connecting these two storm inlets run perpendicular from the inlet structureto the main lateral approximately 54" deep running the same direction as Pocahontas Av. There is no indication that these asphalt failures are related to the storm water structures other than their proximity to the inlets.
