- Staff · February 11, 2022After a more thorough and visual investigation it appears the trees, although huge and buckling up the sidewalks behind them, seem to have ittle affect on the gutter pan flow line. The main issue is the leaves and debris buildup in the gutter pan. The entire block from 3613 to 3501 Meadowbridge Road has an overwhelming 12 to 14 inch high in some places build up of leaves. The next block as well from 3419 to 3401 Meadow Bridge Rd. is in a similar condition. Note: No foul odor present at time of inspection. This request is being closed to DPU stormwater, as the issue is leaves and will be transferred to DPW for review.
