Description
Re: Citiworks ID 461495 - The corner drain at 33rd and O that was recently cleaned exposed a large sinkhole that poses a significant injury risk. Drop down from sidwalk to the opening is over a foot and the opening is large enough for an adult to break a leg in or a small child to fall into. See attached pic.

The GIS image does not show the corner access point as do the actual picture. The lateral the maintrunk line is actually below the cavitation on the corner access point and not the inlet on N. 33rd St. as shown in the GIS image.
