- Staff · January 31, 2022Last entry was enter in error,I assess the location upon arrived HMI was already on site I talk to HMI personnel they stated it was a water main leak at this location could not assess the basin at thetime as it was in the work zone. Will assess the locations basin with in the next few days after HMI has secured the site from the Water main leak.
