Howard Glenn, Operation Manager has response to this request by email to Rodney Munford & Antonio Pyzowski (Water Distribution Manager): This repairs here were preformed by DPU Water Distribution. It’s appears a water service line was repaired and a vehicle may have impacted the ditch by driving through the temporary restoration. I am including water distribution on this transmittal. Restoration of the Right-a-Way after a water main break or anyother work should be performed by the agency or contractor to ensure safety for the community. All restoration should be performed to DPW recommendation & standards. DPU Water Distribution is responsible for this restoration.
