Have reached out to homeowner at this location no response at door or by phone I had spoke to this to Mr. Glenn about three years ago doing another investigation at that time there was no ticket at this residence but now there is ticket number 463343 The problem for what I see is the driveway culvert is completely clogged and and rusted out and has shifted it needs to be replaced the other issue is they have retaining walls are 29feet apart an aggregate driveway Is 8 foot long 15.5 width.
