Description

Citizen states that when it rains, the water stand in front of her house. Also this occurs in the back in the alley way. Please assist.

    There are no Storm water or Waste water assets in the alleyway and no storm drains near the address. The flooded gutter pan during a rain event in the front of the address is the result of a raised gutterpan flow line issue caused by tree roots growing under the curb. This request shall be closed and Roadway Maintenance will be notified.
