This street light is out. See Request ID DPU000017839 -- it was marked as completed and said this light belongs to Dominion. The Dominion worker was just here and the light does NOT belong to Dominion, it belongs to the City of Richmond, just like all the other street lights in our neighborhood. Take resistibility and fix it!
