Description

the pipe across the street was done but not in front of home. needs the ditch dug out and pipe replaced. spoke with city employee was told that the main ditch was to high for the water to drain water backing up in front yard

    ood Morning Please See Mr. Glenn’s Response below From March 14 2022. Good Afternoon Peter, There is a current ticket in the system for this request: DPU000017833- Open DPU000008318 – was closed to CIP in 2020 As for the complaint and the service request here, maintenance cannot correct the issue nor do we have any relief for the system after several days of rain events. Ongoing maintenance will continue as needed until such a time thatan improvement project can be established. The referral to CIP has been initiated but is one of hundreds, therefore for the overall schedule cannot be predicted. Currently it is on the list but has yet to be assigned for review and design engineering. Maintenance will address these issue as needed in the interim.
