Description
Interstate traffic is backed up onto 95 North since the light here only lasts 5-6 seconds. In the past the light allowed for the flow of heavy traffic in the morning from 95 to flow well, now it is backed up onto the interstate and getting dangerous. The light going the other way seems to stay green for non-heavy traffic for 30-40 seconds.
