Description
Sewage is backing up into the grounds of Richmond Redevelopment Housing Authority (FAIRFIELD COURT/TOWNHOMES). The sidewalks are NOT passable. There are many disabled citizens that I continue to witness daily walking with health/mobile equipment that are not able to manipulate themselves without causing great harm to themselves and/or others.
