- Staff · January 19, 2022This is not a storm drain issue but rather a curb and gutter gradient issue. The flow line dips at the handicap walkway apron and rises back up to the flow-line heading downstream to the storm drain approximately sixty feet to the South on N. Allen Av. This request shall be closed in City Works and reopened in RVA311 submitted to the Roadway Maintenance Dept.
- Staff · January 19, 2022Citizen, Mr. Hostetler has also been notified of the change in Division response.
