    This location doesn't belong to the City of Richmond, it's Dominion Energy. I was able to report two poles to them #M0048SH52 ticket number 33179073 and M0047TG1 ticket number 33179075. The other poles once you call them at 1-1-866-366-4357 you can report for I was able to located those numbers.
