Description

The whole 3400 block of Cutshaw at Roseneath smells like sewage, and floods all the way to meet the curb during hard rains. We think there is probably something large clogging the storm/wastewater drains. We get back up / sputtering in our sinks and toilets any time there is a downpour, like today. We've seen crews come out to vacuum the drains, but we believe this issue will require more than a vac. We also recently learned that we and our next door neighbors have roots in our main sewer pipes - they replaced theirs and we're waiting to replace ours. We think there are roots in the city pipes as well.
