Storm water pipes appears to be collapsed at the intersection of Meeks and Scottview, one pipe crossing Scottview at Meeks and a second pipe crossing Meeks at Scottview. Pipes are not open and appear to be non-functional.

- Staff · January 14, 2022investigation into this request found ditches in need of maintenance. At the intersection of Meeks and Scottview, there is a concrete pipe with the outfall side exposed but the inlet covered over. This request will be given to supervisor for work scheduling
