Description

My wife contacted your office last year and was notified that the issue has been assigned DPU000014833 - we have not heard anything since June 2021. Please let us know when it will be fixed. Your response does not tell me if, or when, the problem can be fixed. What is the part t issue that you do not have in stock? When will it be available? If you can't find the part, will a new light pole be installed? What action do I need to take to resolve the problem?

    DPU Streetlights has been short on materials for certain wattage lights. When required materials are received outstanding repairs will be addressed to the best of our ability.

    Upon investigation it been determined that the conduit is crushed unable to replace wire at this time. We have forward this location to our Street Light Engineers to try to get estimate from contractor to fix. Per MF findings on 12/20/21
