- Staff · December 13, 2021DPU Streetlights does not maintain lights inside of parks and walking trails. These lights are maintained by Department of Parks and Recreation. This ticket will be forwarded to the department of Parks and Recreation. Also, there were 2 major outages over the weekend; Primary 43 Trafford Substation and Primary 11 Church Hill were out and have been resolved today. Thank you.
