- Staff · January 25, 2022The driveway culvert had leaves blocking it that was removed and the culvert was holding a little water on the inlet side that needs to be replaced, but Mr. Johnson didn’t want the culvert replaced at this time, he was worried about the water that was holding in the yard on the property. Mr. Johnson said he will call when he would like the culvert replaced and he would like to upgrade the culvert to a 15 inch, I told him that this ticket will be closedat this time.
