Description

This street light next to 510 W. 27th ST goes out entirely for days, and then maybe the next night or two afterward comes back on again, then out again for another whole night or two or three. Then back on. Out. Fixed by RVA. Un-fixed. Fixed. Not fixed. Fixed? Not. It’s currently out once again as all other surrounding street and alley lights are on, and our block is in darkness.
