Safety Problem! GAS Street lights need new wicks and maintenance in 3300 Block of West Franklin. There ar 11 gaslights and some are out, some partially out and globes are dusty and do not provide a safe street at night! Police have requested all lights in front and back of homes be on for personnel safety
