Description
These streetlights and others in and around Forest Hill Park are on during the day unnecessarily. Recently in this area some of the streetlights were out at night, so I don't know if they've been turned on for 24 hour use? If so, this is unnecessary and wasteful. I called Dominion and they said these are not their lights. (Lamps not actually blinking--I didn't know what else to put and had to select an answer)
