    I have spoke with Citizen and was able to better analyze the "broken cover" issue. It is actually the right side of the driveway pipe crumbling next to the driveway but not yet into the driveway. I have advised Ms. Royal the issue would be routed to the appropriate repair crew and scheduled for service.

    pipe is broke but not causing any issue has been put on schedule to replace 12" x 20' driveway pipe.
