Description
Requested location is on north side of Bellevue Ave, between Chevy Chase and Hermitage Rd. There used to be a light at this location, but the pole was replaced some months ago, and the light was never re-installed. It is dark here at night. The pole is located next to the driveway that serves the house located at 4101 Hermitage Road, 23227
