- Staff · February 21, 2024Good day upon my inspection I spoke to resident of building. Their parking lot is graded to a V there is a 6 inch plastic pipe, buried running to the ditch line. This has been ran over by vehicles and crushed it is not allowing the water to flow out of parking lot to ditch line and parking lot is holding water. I informed them that this is a property owners issue and not a city issue, I also informed them that in front of their property where the tree debris are in the ditch line they needed to maintain. The pipe is completely open for entranceway.
