Description
There has been a hole here now for at least three months after numerous other repairs that have obviously failed. This has been an issue now for well over a year. There is a church with a preschool on this property. People walk their pets, families walk their kids past this every hour of daylight. Cones and tape do nothing to keep someone from stumbling or falling into this
