    Caller phoned back in to check on status of request, states light outage has been ongoing since February 2021 & that there are safety concerns for pedestrians in neighborhood due to dark conditions

    update from street light team - Streetlights is aware of these lights; Underground was impacted and the road has to be dug up. at this time no ETA can be provided
