Description

City circuit feeds black ornamental street light maintained by VCU. City provides power for the light and city removed tree and stump suspected of damaging circuit for light. Damage may be in corner of empty tree well closest to man shown in attached photo.

    Per investigation by supervisor the 217 volts that the city maintain is fine. the problem is on VCU side with a bad light. Per MF on 1/13/22
