Description

See photo. At the NW corner of this intersection there's a round cover that came loose. While you're in the area, there's a similar cover missing in the southbound/eastbound lane of Williamsburg Ave a short distance north/west of the Williamsburg Ave/Orleans St intersection. There's also a cover missing on Admiral Gravely Blvd in the westbound lane a short distance west of 700 Admiral Gravely Blvd.
