Description
Streetlight has no power. The cable was knocked out by a fallen tree branch in the big September storm that flooded the fan and other parts of Richmond. I called non-emergency police as directed by 311, but no one has come to fix the issue.

Comments
- System · October 5, 2021Thanks for notify us, however there was a major damages to streetlights in the City's Southside. The power system suffered damage to multiple components (ie. transformers, wire, fuses, lighting, arresters, cutout, LED lights, etc). Supply chain delays for these needed replacements is a contributing factor to the repair time. During the repair period, there will be intermittent and extended outages. Our estimated completion date is mid-November. We appreciate the patience of those impacted as we continue working to resolved the damage.
