Previous request opened 10-14-2020 for DPW- See DPW63228/430425- Should be DPU Request. Citizen is requesting to repave the ease way entrance where City has a access to culvert pipe. On the end in the street park you can see the asphalt coming apart and can see the block in the drainage area. Note: Where Citizen's driveway and public street meets. ;
