DEAD RAT - PLEASE REMOVE IMMEDIATELY It has been there for FOUR DAYS. I called in a report and spoke with Charles 24 hours ago, and it has still not been removed. THIS ROTTING, DEAD RAT IS A PUBLIC HEALTH HAZARD AND A DISGRACE TO THE CITY AND CITIZENS TO ALLOW SUCH CONTINUAL DISREGARD FOR THE CONDITIONS AND CLEANLINESS.
