Closed DPU000018165 (CW - 464552) as duplicate to this request - the side of my house there is a city pipe flowing underneath part of my driveway and that pipe has broken. This broken pipe is pointing straight down and it is eroding the front part of the ditch and causing standing water to fill the hole.
